Show garden at the Belvoir Castle Flower Show 2020.

The garden was an interpretation of the woodland edge habitats Charlie observed across Hokkaido, Japan. From Aconitum and Actaea in the forest garden where he worked, to Hakonechloa macra seen growing up the foothills of Rishiri Island’s dormant volcano, the native palette of Japanese plants was combined with other perennials to create a lush planting with moments of colour.
